Pugilist

In PUGILIST, you are amateur boxers working to succeed both in - and out - of The Ring. The amateur bouts (and your day job) won’t be enough to live on, so you must share a coach and a training gym with your fellow fighters to become champions.

The local boxing scene is controlled and funded by local businesses, and by extension their generous protectors. This includes local gangs, crime families, and thugs who run the city itself. The underground controls the city and decides who sinks and who swims, for citizens and fighters alike. 

Play the factions off of one another, accept bribes, take jobs that let you swing and sting, fight against the crime, or fight for it. Making it big in the boxing scene can be easy or hard, but no matter how you do it, you’ll be tangled in a web of crime and drama, all for the glory of being under the bright lights in The Ring.
